The organizing committee of the symposium has the honor to renew its
invitation to the oil companies to participate in this symposium and would like to
inform you about the following:
1- We obtained a special rates of prices for the participants to the symposium
at five hotels, 5 and 4 stars. Their addresses are listed bellow.
2- Participants who inform us of their arrival time, will be received
at the airport.
3- For organizing necessities, participants who need visa to Syria, the
5th of December 2002 is considered as dead line for submitting registration form,
attached with photocopies of their passports.
For participants who can get the visa in their countries, 10 December
2002 is considered as deadline for submitting registration form.
