COMPANY OVERVIEW:

The company is of private ownership, established in 1992. It employs 18 persons, (including 2 engineers and 6 technicians). The company produces lace and lace tapes for the garment sector, as well as crochet tapes and bands for blankets and curtains. The production hall is 250 sqm and the storing area is 100 sqm. The new factory will have 2400 sqm. in a modern industrial area. Its turnover reaches USD 200000.

PRODUCTS:

The raw materials are either local cotton yarns, or imported PE yarns, synthetic silk yarns and lycra yarns.

Product range:

Lace tapes, crochet tapes, bands for blankets and jacquard band.

Production capacity

• Crochet tapes: 150 kg. per day.
• Jacquard tapes: 200 kg. per day.

Sales:

The company is selling its products directly in the local market.

Manufacturing facilities

The company has a complete line beginning with fashion design, computer-aided setting up equipment with facilities for finishing, dyeing, and embroidery. Two electronic jacquard machines, two crochet machines (gauge 15 and 10), two needle looms and finishing machines (ironing and steaming plus 1 jet-dyeing machine) make the main production line. The auxiliary machines involve 2 winding machines for packaging and 3 press ironing tables.

Quality control system:

Products are automatically quality controlled on the modern production machines.

• The company is looking for a partner consuming of lace, and helping to produce embroidered logos and fancy crochet bands for blankets and curtains and open up new markets in the EU.
